Scalloped Tomatoes
Ingredients
| 4 large, diced | tomatoes |
| 1 cup | crushed saltine crackers |
| 1/4 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 cup | butter |
| 1 teaspoon | dried parsley |
Directions
Mix tomatoes and crackers with butter and put in a small baking pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top and bake at 350°F for 20 min. Let cool for 10 min and enjoy!
