Potato and Sweet Potato Baked Fries
Ingredients
| 2 | Russet potatoes |
| 2 | sweet potatoes |
| 3 tablespoons | melted butter |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | paprika |
Directions
Peel potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cut crosswise into 3/8-inch slices. Brush with melted butter and oil. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 425°, basting frequently with butter, turning potatoes until tender and golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip in your favorite sauce.
