Job Summary:
To deliver to customers in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring order accuracy and product arrives in good condition.
What is the most difficult/demanding part of this job?
Ensuring product is delivered in the same condition as when it left the warehouse. Heavy lifting. Good driving skills and knowledge of city and highway truck routes. Ensuring load security.
The working conditions involved in this job are:
Sitting for long periods. Dealing with customers. Dealing with other drivers. Heavy lifting/pulling.
The qualifications, experience and/or training that are required for this job are:
Proper class license. Good driving skills. Knowledge of produce. Knowledge of load securement. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
