Job Summary:
Maintaining a clean, food safe, working environment in an active HACCP fruit and vegetable processing produce warehouse and office areas.
What is the most difficult/demanding part of this job?
Cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment while adhering to rigid Food Safety Standards.
The working conditions involved in this job are:
Refrigerated processing rooms and typical office space. Full time Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 12 midnight with overtime as required.
The qualifications, experience and/or training that are required for this job are:
Previous custodian experience in a processing environment would be an asset, but not essential. All necessary training provided.

Positive attitude, team player, dependable, flexible, good work ethic, passion for cleanliness, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Clean office space as per cleaning schedule and as instructed.
- Clean processing equipment and processing rooms as per SOP’s.
- Follow HACCP required cleaning schedules and maintain required paperwork.
- Operate cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleaning equipment as per operating guidelines.
- Participate with Safety committee as required.
- Report property damages as recognized.
- Report unsafe working conditions.
- Work with others to complete project assignments.
- Other duties as assigned.
