Carrot and Crouton Casserole
Ingredients
| 2 lb sliced | Sunfresh Farms carrots |
| 1 1/2 cup | croutons |
| 2 | eggs, beaten |
| 1/4 cup | butter, melted |
| 1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
Directions
Place carrots in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix in croutons and cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes or until crispy brown.
