Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
| 4 cups diced | Sunfresh Farms potatoes |
| 1 cup chopped | Sunfresh Farms yellow onions |
| 4 tablespoons | butter |
| to taste | salt and pepper |
Directions
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes until tender but not fully cooked. Drain potatoes and toss with onions. Heat butter on a medium heat in a skillet. Add potatoes and onions to the skillet, toss in skillet for 10 minutes until golden brown. Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Makes a great side dish to eggs!
